My test got rescheduled to a time and date I cannot make

I keep getting that I have not access my account on the training modeulers?

I passed the HUD exam and I am trying to transfer my test results. It keeps asking for my exam ID and I don't have it. It was not on my email that came when I passed the exam. Where do I get this number so I can transfer my passing exam? Thank you!

Can’t log in or reset password

Heather Kyle passed the exam in February. Her passing email did not give a counselor exam ID. She is not able to transfer her exam results to FHA Connection and complete the certification process. Please advise.
