Good morning... I have not heard back about my exam. I had it suspended last Wednesday by Kryterion. ALso cannot get into hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov now. I followed the steps last week for TFA and let me in. It didn't ask me to save a pw and I didn't write anything down and now cannot get in. I thought it would ask each time I signed in and would send a code. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

Hello. When signing into my account, a two-factor authentication code is now required, and I do not have one. What can I do to obtain one? Thank you for your assistance.

I was directed to contact support to reset my access. I tried to update using the two-step authentication, then I received the message that my account was locked. Can you please help me access my account?

I do not have access to my old device for the two factor authentication code. I have added the Google authenicator on my new device but cannot log in.

I was registered for a HUD Housing exam today at 1pm. I set up and made sure I could get in earlier and everything was good. At exam time the two factor authentication would not send a code and I could not get in. I contacted the Kryterion Support and they said that I needed to contact HudHousing for that. Hello it says to transfer my results to FHAC on the site but when I hit to transfer it say "Access Denied". Please advise?
