The system will not permit me to transfer results to FHA connection it keeps saying access denied.

So I passed the exam on Friday 7/12. I still have NOT received my CERTIFICATE and now when I click on your link to transfer CERT...I am getting ACCESS DENIGHED. What the heck is going on ? I really need my CERT uploaded at FHA. Is this because of the world wide internet glitch stuff? Any idea when you will get this resolved?
