I received an email from Kryterion stating that they are having issues with the link to upload exam/certificates onto your website. I passed my exam last friday 7/12. I have reached out several times. This matter has not been resolved. I need the certificate to perform my job. The receipt for payment from them, has also not been generated. Our non-profit has had all of our counselors go through this process, but this time it has failed. Please connect with your proctor site and get this resolved. It has now been almost a week. I need at least my certification number. Thank you

Good morning, I am extremely frustrated by the lack of response regarding the HUD housing counselor test. I paid for the test, which we started in September, but we encountered technical difficulties. We rescheduled, yet there was no follow-up from your end. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have received no response. I paid the $60 but could not take the test due to your faulty website. No response from your help support - KRYTERION Technical Support at 1-877-313-2008 or 1-602-659-4679.

REFUND REQUESTS: I inadvertently scheduled an exam for July 16th at 0400H America/Chicago time. I did not realize this meant 4am (I thought I scheduled for 4PM), so I missed the exam. I am respectfully requesting a full refund for this exam. As I needed to take the exam on July 16th, I registered for a new exam, but inadvertently selected the "Spanish" exam (which I do not spreak/read Spanish!).

I passed my HUD Counselor exam on 7/12. I am now being told that I can not access the certificate because there is a problem with a SSN. I have checked both my FHA and HUD sites, they have the correct SSN. I am wondering if the error is somehow on your end. Is there any way to check on my certificate/profile information.
