Good Day, I passed my exam on Friday but I'm unable to see where my 10 digit Counselor's Exam ID would be as I'm unable to see details within the "my profile" or "my account" tab. Please advise. Thank you!

Good morning. Friday 7/12 I took an online proctored HUD Counselor test and PASSED. However, I am not able to get that certificate AND your link with the PIV code is stating that there is no certificate there. I received an email from 'sfadmin@hud.gov' the file attached requested me to open it with Google Wallet ??? What the heck! I REALLY need to get this resolved. I need this certificate for my employer and to do my job. Please help me get this resolved TODAY!!! thank you

I tried to reschedule my exam on Wednesday for July 13th for July 20th and the system would not allow me to reschedule with repaying another fee. I called HUD to finally spoke to someone and she told me that she was going to forward my information to someone to contact me. I finally received this email Below on Thursday, at 2pm, while I was on Zoom doing live HUD Counseling Training from 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and did not see the email because I was in training and I was in the manuals studying afterwards.

Hello, I am Katherine Briones, and I recently passed the Hud Counseling certification exam. However, when I try to submit my test results to the FHA connection, they can't seem to find my ss number on the counseling roster. Is there any way I can fix this issue? What steps must I take if my ss number was summited incorrectly? Thank you.

It is not allowing me access to upload my certificate. I am following the steps in the email and FHA link is not allowing me access. Do I need to sign up for it somewhere else? My other counselors did not have this issue.

Good afternoon, I was made aware that the HUD exam scores have now been posted instead of just FAIL/PASS. I looked at mine & it shows PASS but with a 0 score. It also has my HECM exam date listed as 9/13/23 which I’m sure is messing with the results. I took the HUD exam on April 29th, 2022. Can that score be looked in to by chance?
