My name is Decovan Dufort. Last week I sent in a support ticket because I signed up for an exam and when I went to take it it said I wasn't enrolled. I never received any response beyond the email stating that it was being looked into and someone would get back to me soon. Yesterday I realized that when I went to my account on the hudhousingcounselor.com website that it said I was actually enrolled. Assuming that the problem had been fixed without my knowledge I went to take the exam this morning. So I hit launch exam which brought me to web assessor which says I have no scheduled exam found.

I cannot locate my 10 digit counselors Exam ID. Can you please assist? Thank you! Tiffany Jones

I have already completed 3 modules and when I went back in it now states that I have not completed any. Before moving forward I would like to make sure this is not a technical issue because I dont want to complete all the modules for it to reset and I have to start all over again.

Good morning. Friday 7/12 I took an online proctored HUD Counselor test and PASSED. However, I am not able to get that certificate AND your link with the PIV code is stating that there is no certificate there. I received an email from 'sfadmin@hud.gov' the file attached requested me to open it with Google Wallet ??? What the heck! I REALLY need to get this resolved. I need this certificate for my employer and to do my job. Please help me get this resolved TODAY!!! thank you

I tried to reschedule my exam on Wednesday for July 13th for July 20th and the system would not allow me to reschedule with repaying another fee. I called HUD to finally spoke to someone and she told me that she was going to forward my information to someone to contact me. I finally received this email Below on Thursday, at 2pm, while I was on Zoom doing live HUD Counseling Training from 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and did not see the email because I was in training and I was in the manuals studying afterwards.

Hello, I am Katherine Briones, and I recently passed the Hud Counseling certification exam. However, when I try to submit my test results to the FHA connection, they can't seem to find my ss number on the counseling roster. Is there any way I can fix this issue? What steps must I take if my ss number was summited incorrectly? Thank you.

It is not allowing me access to upload my certificate. I am following the steps in the email and FHA link is not allowing me access. Do I need to sign up for it somewhere else? My other counselors did not have this issue.
