I scored a 500 on the exam and it’s saying that I failed but the passing score is 500 please let me know what I need to do to get this taken care of

I just passed my exam today and I'm trying to continue the process by transferring my results to FHA Connection in the Exam Center. However, I am encountering a "Page not found" error. What should I do to resolve this?

This Updated websites do not show that I completed all the modules and the assessment. I also had a list from my last exam that I failed showing what I needed to work on.
