I sent an email to reschedule my appointment for testing but I was being charged to reschedule. I followed the prompts and chatted with Kryterion support and was told I needed to email HUD directly not to be charged. I submitted an email asking for the fee to be waived but never got a response. I just got back from my wedding and realizing I still didn't get a response for a refund or coupon to reschedule the test.
