I needed my examen in Spanish and I got to the center there was no request for the Spanish test

I had to cancel my exam in August 2023. Do I get a $ credit for this that I can use to take the exam again? If so, what is the voucher code? Thank you.

I sent an email to reschedule my appointment for testing but I was being charged to reschedule. I followed the prompts and chatted with Kryterion support and was told I needed to email HUD directly not to be charged. I submitted an email asking for the fee to be waived but never got a response. I just got back from my wedding and realizing I still didn't get a response for a refund or coupon to reschedule the test.
