Hello. If someone takes this training, is a certificate or proof of completion provided? If no certificate is provided, does the online portal show when training was completed. For continuing education requirements, I would need to show the date the module was completed.

When I register for the exam, it wants me to put in my FHA Connection ID. Is that the User ID that I use to logon to FHA connection, or is that the Counselor ID that is listed in the Personal Information section in the Hud Certified Housing Counselor Database?
