I unsuccessfully attempted numerous times to launch the online test yesterday and have decided to take the exam at a Test Center. I was approved for 1 hour of additional time because of ADHD. Do I need to submit another Reasonable Accommodations Request?

Can we only take the HUD certification exam 10 times? I thought we were able to continue to take it until passing.

I was approved for accommodations and was told before my test that I could use pen and paper. 20 minutes into my test it was paused and I was told I could not use pen and paper. I provided the documentation needed at least 5 days before my test. Why did things change in the middle of my exam which then completely threw me off?
