how do I do a hecm practice exam

Hi, this is Sandy Courthouse. I am Sandra SONDRA 101.o@aol.com. My phone is 914-213-1550. I've been emailing and trying to reach you all sending messages on the computer. I started taking the HUD classes to be certified probably 3 weeks ago and when I go on to retake classes to continue, it doesn't show me what I've completed. They are completed almost like shows. They're all open. How do I know actually what ones are finally completed? It's very confusing. I need your help please. Thank you.

I have already spoken to the Kreyterian Representative about my Exam registration to HECM Exam,I noticed this is the wrong Test for me, I am supposed to be taken Certification Exam ,Because of my online course,they promised to cancel this exam for today

accidently due the HECM Exam pup up I registered for HECM Exam instead of HUD Housing Counsellors Certificate Exam ,Per my conversation with Kryterion Rep, I submitted cancelation,and there would refund available to my credit card,but your system shows HECM Exam appointment for September 29, 6:30 pm pacific time zone,

I finished HUDHousing Counselor class on line,I believe ,because of the pup up of the HECM Exam on my computer screen ,I have registered for HECM exam instead of Hud Counselor Certificate Exam

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.
