I started taking the HUD classes to be certified probably 3 weeks ago and when I go on to retake classes to continue, it doesn't show me what I've completed. They are completed almost like shows. They're all open. How do I know actually what ones are finally completed? It's very confusing. I need your help please. Thank you.

We received your voicemail about the prompt to enter a password on webassessor.

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.
