Hello,

I passed my HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam on October 16th, 2023, via online examination.

As instructed by HUD's training website, I forwarded it to FHA, unaware that I had failed to register with the FHA Connection website. I then registered with the said website and waited for my confirmation email.

This morning I received an encrypted message that my application was rejected because they could not recognize my SSN.

I was approved for a reasonable accommodation when I initially registered for the exam. I then had to reschedule my exam date (new one being tomorrow, 10/19) Is my accommodation still valid or do I need to do something to have it approved again?

Is there any prerequisite for HECM Cetification Exam .I have finished HUDHousingCounselors Certificate on line trainig ,and I am NMLS Licensee ,very familiar withHECM loans.
