I mistakenly registered for the exam at a testing site. I registered today 8/24/2023 @ 11A Colorado Springs. I thought I was registering for next week. I live in Alamosa 107 miles away. When I realized my mistake and tried to correct it. I could not. I was charged $85. Can the $85 be reimbursed.

I need to reschedule the exam at the test center.

I am suppose to take a test this month and it is suppose to be online my boss set it up for me and she has resign a month ago and I don't know what day and what I need to set it and up to do on line so how can I find out what I need to do
