Thanks for your response. Under transfer result there is requirement for occupation and employer information. I don't have that information because don't have job right now. This is mandatory field can't skip. Please advise due to no job how I would be able to transfer the result?

Good Morning, I was under my former employer email address and I will not have access to that account. I forgot my password. I was under isantiago@northwestcenter.org and would like to keep up with my certificate. I am under spanish coaliton now but I really would like to keep it under my personal email address. My name is Beth Skidmore and I have taken the HUD test twice. The first time I failed it but the second time I passed it. I have a HUD number but the site is showing I didnt pass. I know I passed the second time. Can you please help me with this.

Hello... I had a reschedule created without my knowledge. Unfortunately, my nephew then my uncle passed within days and I was not online. My nephew was buried last week and we're still trying to have my uncle buried, real life situations that's out of my control. Can I please have this exam rescheduled for a later date/time. I was Very much unaware that you rescheduled for me and I REALLY appreciate that but I didn't even know the date was on the calendar nor could I have been able to take it at the time due to my unfortunate life encounters in June/July.

Hello, I was hoping you are able to help me with obtaining my HUD Certification. I have passed the Exam but I am unable to do the process of obtaining the certification due to not having the code that it is asking me to have.

I am taking the Housing Counselor Certification exam tomorrow. If I pass, I understand that I will have to forward that info to the FHA Coordinator but I won't be "Certified" unless my employer is a Housing Counseling Agency. I work for Spartanburg County in the Community Development department, we disburse CDBG and HOME funds would this qualify for the Certification? We would like to be able to counsel our participants/public if we have capacity.

Was rescheduled to July 13th online for my test, I will not be available to test that day. Can my test be rescheduled on July 25th at any facility?
