I took the HUD Certification Exam yesterday and did not pass. I need to reschedule my exam for May 23rd at 2:45PM Pacific time. I chatted with someone from Kryterion last night but they said said I had to pay to take the test again. Just wanted to ask if that's correct because other 6 coworkers have failed the test in the past and were allowed to take the test for free 5 times.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Access Exam Details in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Test taker, Tara McDuffie needed the exam retake rest, she was maxed out on exam retakes.

the glossary only comes up on my iphone and not when using my laptop. it shows a blank section outlined in black.

my vouchers is valid for only 10 days ,But i schedule on 18th please reschedule my exam.my voucher validity date is may 16.please help me to reschedule.
