I scheduled the incorrect time today. I missed the exam. How can I reschedule this exam?

I submitted a request to take my Exam on 4/29. Then, I received a message from Support Representatitve that the date I requested was not available and to choose another date. I'd like to take the online exam on either of the following dates, in order of preference:
Monday May 1st at 9:00am
Monday May 1st at 9:30am
Tuesday May 2nd at 9:00am

How can I contact the proper department to schedule this date and also receive confirmation of the new date and time?

Good morning, I tried rescheduling my exam from april 25th for may 4th and tried twice but it is not changing it. Is there an issue with the system? Please advise.
