I submitted a request to take my Exam on 4/29. Then, I received a message from Support Representatitve that the date I requested was not available and to choose another date. I'd like to take the online exam on either of the following dates, in order of preference:
Monday May 1st at 9:00am
Monday May 1st at 9:30am
Tuesday May 2nd at 9:00am

How can I contact the proper department to schedule this date and also receive confirmation of the new date and time?

Good morning, I tried rescheduling my exam from april 25th for may 4th and tried twice but it is not changing it. Is there an issue with the system? Please advise.

Is it possible to re schedule the test so I may take the test at a proctored site. There are many issues to taking the test at my place of employment. There are many firewall and it makes it difficult to log in and use your website. I was able to take the test on 4/7/2023 at a proctored site at CWI in Nampa Idaho.
