Ive been trying to contact you guys about the next steps of getting my certificate, and I cant seem to reach anyone. Ive emailed and called still no response, can anyone assist me?
I have a friend who took the exam years ago and needs a copy of her HUD counseling certificate for another job. She no longer works at the place where she took the exam. How can she go about obtaining a copy of this certificate? Thanks, Jeff Vaughn

I have had 3 attempts by my companies laptop which had failed. I had spoken to Kryterion and to a HUD support agent. Both were not able to assist me. I am requesting information if there is an option to have a practice exam scheduled to be sure my computer can connect and access the exam via online. Jeremy called in needing his exam unlocked to access registration
I cancelled and asked for a refund, however the card I used to make the reservation is no longer valid. How can I go to change the card number so I can have my refund back.
