Good morning I’m trying to reschedule my in person test which is for today due to medical reasons , I was feeling unwell and had to take a COVID -19 test and the results come out positive. I know about the 72 hours period but in this case I was ready to take my text this is due to medical reasons , please help .

I registered for the HUD certification exam for the wrong date I want to take the test 3/2/2023. The receipt has 3/2/2024 I want to change the date to 3/2/2023
Please let me know how to change my date ?
