not sure if I paid for the course

Tester (Keisha Woods) called in and stated that she logged in at her time of testing and she waited approximately 15 minutes and no proctor showed. She minimized her screen, and she was disconnected and cannot reconnect. She would like to be rescheduled.

I work the the International Rescue Committee, an organization that provides services to immigrant communities. Our organization is interested in speaking to someone about becoming a housing counseling agency. We have offices in 14 states and we currently provide housing supports, but would love to work with HUD in supporting a larger community.

I need to reschedule my exam tomorrow due to Covid & it was with accommodations.

Hello. Although my system was fully functioning Kryterion said it was not receiving a full signal. I worked with their support and it was going to reset my test at 12:30 and is has not been reset although I received the email. Please advise as I have paid for this exam. Will I get a new test date and time? Thanks.
