Malinda Brown called to have her password reset. She was not receiving an email when she went to the site to reset the password.

Ms Orestil called in because she needed to register for her exam, hit the max on Kryterion and needed to have her exam unlocked. Support unlocked her exam and relocked it when she was registered.

Michelle Filpo called in to inquire how the HCTC program works.

I am locked out of my user account and when I click forgot password I dont receive an email
