Why can't I go back to where I left off at on the training? It's making me start all over again and again.

I cannot access my exam page it says connection is not private how can i fix this my exam is for 10am today.

I believe I am locked out. Please send me a temp password.

Verlene Earl called and stated that she was locked out of here HHC account and she was unable to schedule a test. I checked the account and it was not blocked. She stated that she had a message stating that she was locked out for 6 hours. She was able to log in and schedule her exam. 

I am lock out and i have reset my password trying to login to schedule appointment
