Ms Ballard called in because of issues with the exam the night before. Kryterion rescheduled her, she wanted to know if there were sooner dates. She also was confused about the equiptment requirements on both HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and Kryterion website. She was also experiencing problems with the Sentintal software that is required to download when trying to connect to her exam.
