How does one seek employment with the HUD Counseling system?

HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov Support provides technical support and general program information related to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov training and certification exam program. If you have additional questions about the housing counselor training and certification program, please visit the HUD Exchange or email HUD Housing Counseling at housing.counseling@hud.gov with the subject line, “Housing Counselor Certification.”

Individuals planning to take the certification examination at a proctoring center can utilize the tool to Locate a Kryterion Testing Center. Candidates can view appointment availability and schedule the exam via the Registration Process. Test centers cannot schedule your exam.

I am scheduled to take the exam 9/24 and your system says I am not scheduled and when I go to register it is charging me a retake fee when I never took the exam in the first place.
