Ticket from Anonymous - User Account

Hello, I cannot log in. I'm not sure what happened but originally my account was under my work email: ja.f@yvoic.org and then I think I changed it to my personal fselah@charter.net
With the personal I get a reset option sent but it doesn't work. With my work email I don't get a reset option. Can you help unlock this or direct me how to fix it. I am wanting to schedule my test. Thank you.

I have already done the training through another source. I am now ready to take the exam, however, your instructions for the use of the webcam does not really make sense. On your site, it state that is both required and NOT required to use a external webcam, and as a result I am confused on which I can use, as I only have an internal webcam.

Ticket from Customer Service - Certification Exam

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam.

The fee charged each time an individual takes the certification examination is based on the cost of administering the examination. As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100. Any changes in pricing will be published in advance in the Federal Register.

Sincerely,

The HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov Support Team
