Hello, I had accidentally deleted the 2factor authentication to this website on my authenticator app. So now when I try to log in, it asks for a verification code but being that I don't have it on my authenticator app, I don't get a verification code making my log in inaccessible. if there is any way i could get a QR CODE so I can link the website login to my Microsoft authenticator app. that would be great!

Good morning, One of our training participants Patrick Golderos pgolderos@greenpath.com is having a hard time trying to align his time zone. He is currently living in Puerto Rico and the option for state is not offered but the time zone is. Could you please guide me as what is the best way of getting his to align his state and time zone?
