i am sorry. i recently reached out regarding accidentally deleting my Microsoft authenticator so now i cant get access to my account. support did mention they reset my account so that i can log back in but its requiring a qr code?

I can't get into my account. It keeps asking for a code. It is asking for a 2 factor authentication code.

I tried to take my test Monday morning, but had trouble logging in. Could someone reset it for me, please?
