I (as well as my staff) have been experiencing many issues logging into this portal. I had recently added an authenticator and when I input the code, does not work.

My name is Joselyn Romero. I'm trying to transfer my exam results to FHAC to get my Counselor Exam ID online but I'm still getting the same error. (please see attachment). 

I sent an email before informing the same issue, but I got just the steps how to register after getting my Exam ID.

I submitted a support ticket last month because the training modules stop about midway through the training and do not complete. I received a follow up email regarding the support ticket. I am trying the trainings again today and it is doing the same thing. I have tried the trainings in multiple browsers as well.

To: HUD Exam Support Team, I recently completed the HUD Housing counselor Certification Exam on August 5, 2025. While I received a score of 456, I am writing to respectfully request a manual review of my exam. I am confident that I answered over 80% of the questions correctly, and I completed the exam well ahead of the deadline. However, the score I received does not reflect my performance.

difficulty to log in with two way authentication

I cannot log into my account. It is asking for a two-factor application generated verification code, however I have not received a code anywhere, any time that I have attempted logging in. Thank you.

Having problems accessing my account and resetting my password. I was told to contact support to regain access.
