I want a refund and my test escheduled. This is unbelievable how difficult this systme has made it to take a test, then block you. No tech support, vague instructions when your not an IT person.

My password is correct, my username is correct, it's just not letting me do it. I don't understand this. You make it so difficult. My number is 917-922-1275. Yes, I sent in a ticket. Whenever I am trying to login it's states verification is needed but a code is never sent (tried for two days) I have check spam box as well
