need help signing in

I am scheduled to take a HUD Certification Exam on Monday the 12th but unfortunately my special needs child has fallen ill and I don't anticipate being able to make my scheduled time. I attempted to reschedule but due to the 72-hour window I am being charged an $85 fee. I contacted Kryterion regarding a fee waiver and rescheduling and I was advised to contact support. Is there any possible assistance you can provide.

The program is not recognizing my credentials and won’t let me get into the exam. Which started at 1 please help!

I cannot find my Counselor Exam ID. I did not receive an email with this information and it is not in my User Profile page on your website.

Hello, I purchased the HUD online proctored exam for June 19th, 2023. I will need to cancel this exam. I had applied for a position, and was not accepted, and since I will not be working for an agency I will no longer be needing to take the exam.
I will still be completing the training to take the knowledge assessments and practice exam however.

How long after the exam does it take for my HECM Exam Results to be received by FHA Connection? I passed the exam on May 15 but according to FHAC, no exam data is on file as of May 23rd.
