Having issue logging in to my account.

Hi, my name is Alicia Johnson. I've read it here twice for the class but was unable to log in because I didn't have a 2 factor authenticator. One of you guys sent me 3 links to download it, but my e-mail address is is not a Gmail so I don't know how to sign into this authenticator. I don't really know how to work it or do it so I could do my test.

I need to reset my account because it has been more than a year I didn't use the training. Now I need to restart the training for the exam, and I can't get in. Also, I change device for my authenticator, that is being a problem for me.

Hello, I can't sign in to my account, it says to contact you. I tried to reset it and it sent me to the same page where to look for help, I called the number and they asked me if I wanted to buy a house!!!
