The HUD number is 80039 but I was unable to enter the number the application was somehow submitted successfully. Can I please update or can I get information on how to add. I am scheduled to take a HUD Certification Exam on Monday the 12th but unfortunately my special needs child has fallen ill and I don't anticipate being able to make my scheduled time. I attempted to reschedule but due to the 72-hour window I am being charged an $85 fee. I contacted Kryterion regarding a fee waiver and rescheduling and I was advised to contact support. Is there any possible assistance you can provide.

Hello, I purchased the HUD online proctored exam for June 19th, 2023. I will need to cancel this exam. I had applied for a position, and was not accepted, and since I will not be working for an agency I will no longer be needing to take the exam.
I will still be completing the training to take the knowledge assessments and practice exam however.
