I need to reset my account because it has been more than a year I didn't use the training. Now I need to restart the training for the exam, and I can't get in. Also, I change device for my authenticator, that is being a problem for me.

please remove authenticator from my account. The account somehow got deleted from my Google Authenticator app on my phone so i cannot access my account. Please delete it so i can redo the steps and add HUD to my authenticator. Thank you
