Hello there I am, I guess I have an issue with my password trying to log on for my exam. Did you tell me to contact support by phone because I could not change it online. So I was supposed to take my exam at 10. I rescheduled it for 11 and now I rescheduled it for 12 because I can't get in. So could you give me a call back? That would be great. Follow-Up on Reasonable Accommodation Request for HUD Exam I am writing to follow up on my request for a reasonable accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for the upcoming HUD exam. Previously, I submitted a doctor’s note in support of my request for accommodations, and I received confirmation that it was received. However, during my last exam, the accommodations recommended by my physician were not implemented. I want to ensure that this oversight does not occur again. I will be submitting an updated doctor's note shortly for the upcoming exam.

Caller had an account, and it got locked. Caller is asking if she needs to set up the authenticator. Caller is trying to set up to take the housing counselor exam and needs her password reset
