Hello. I am scheduled to take the test now but the system is down. I need assistance rescheduling so I don't get charged another fee.

I am having difficulties rescheduling for the Exam. Please advise

I am requesting a refund for the exam I took on Tuesday. I never could log to take the test. I did file a report with support. I tried to take the test again today and had the same problem. Kryterion refunded my 60 dollars for today but said I needed to speak to you all to get my money back for the expired exam.
