I previously passed the test in 2018 and used an employers email address to setup my account. I need to access my results again and I am unable to access my account. My Housing COunselor ID is 724MCE I need to access my account with my new email address jean.louis@naca.com
I am having a problem with my password access. Have changed it twice already. Now I am asked to contact support to reset it again. Not sure why I am having this problem.
I am having trouble with sign in. During the process of password reset a six digit code that i cannot find is generated and i cant reset without it. Furthermore, I had access but could not hear the trainings on my Ipad or desk top computer, but was able to read the captions only. Please advise. Thank you
