I passed the HECM exam yesterday, 5/6/25, but the email that I received from HUD Housing Counseling stated that I passed the HUD Housing Counseling Exam and that I should transfer that information to the FHA site. I just want to make sure the correct information gets transferred to FHA.

Hey my name is Kalina Schneller. I am calling because I have been submitting tickets back and forth. It's been about 3 months and this has been happening since February. I cannot log into FHA to fill out my application to get my Hecum certification. I've already passed the test and everything. I've gotten my username, I've changed my password and it's still not letting me log in.
