I am trying to log in to schedule the HUD Exam and it's not working for me keeps telling me that my password is wrong and when I go to reset it. It tells me to contact support. My email is driley@capeevansville.org

I am not able to log in. It told me to contact support to assist.

The two-step authenticator is not working when I put in the code. Can this option be removed? I need to register for my exam. Please advise.

I have a question on how the 1-year counseling experience is proven when becoming an approved agency. We started our non-profit for housing, which will provide counseling and education resources. I am the person who will become certified by the agency. I have a lot of past experience myself counseling and teaching. Would that count or does the agency need to have a licensed counselor for a year? Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thank you!

My issue is with grease blowing back into my apartment because there is no circulation to take the grease out my apartment it is a fan over my stove with a filter to catch the grease but it blow back into my apartment on my TV, Computer, and everything else in my apartment because there should have been a pipe going to the roof to take the grease out of my apartment it is 44 unit in this building and they all have the same issue this is all i have to say about this Good bye
