Hello, my name is Madeline Morales. I'm calling from Spanish collision for housing. I'm a HUD certified counselor and I'm trying to access the HUD housing counselor website so that I can take the heck of exam and it's not accepting my password or my username I went through the two step verification authentication codes and it's not again. It's not accepting my access information and I've got already tried twice and I only have one more try.
