Yo he estado tomando el examen varias ocasiones (10) para ser exacto. Una vez llegue a las 10 veces, fui bloqueado de poder tomar el examen en español nuevamente. Quisiera saber que razones justifican el que no pueda tomar el examen. Según su pagina de internet el examen puede ser tomado cuantas veces sea necesario para pasarlo. Actualmente trabajo en una agencia de consejería y es requerido para mi tomar el examen, para poder continuar en mi posición.

Agradeceré una pronta respuesta al respecto.

I apologize I am being sent for a mandatory COVID test and I will not be able to make my appointment at 3pm - I have no problem paying again, I just want to make sure I will be able to actually be rescheduled because of the deadline etc.

Trying to schedule to retake the exam but it is asking me to pay the $60.00 again. I believe I was told that you can retake the exam for free.

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

I was scheduled to take the exam August 1, 2021, but had to rush a family member to the emergency room for heart rate and anxiety. I would like to take the exam. If that is not possible, I would like to receive a refund. I have documentation to support the emergency room visit. Please advise 832 275 7626. Thank you. Jennifer Taylor
