Ticket from Jonathan Freyer - Certification Exam

My name is Jonathan Freyer (414) 935-6663 and work at HUD with the Office of Housing Counseling. I have received an email from Yasmine Noubani via housing.counseling@hud.gov and she is scheduled to take the CERT Exam at 9:30 am this morning. Her eamil said: "Best method of contact by phone: 321-440-5418 Caller is trying to take her housing counseling exam. She changed her email and she is needing to change her email and the exam is today and she has already paid $50 and cannot afford to pay this again as she is unemployed.

Ticket from James Walker - User Account

I have submitted a number of support tickets regarding my inability to set-up two-factor verification for login to my account. I do not see the Validation Plugin: TFA TOTP anywhere. Whenever I click on the Reset Application link in my email, I get the Access Denied page. My training coordinator at NACA apparently set-up two-factor validation on my account; she gets the authenticator code and communicates that to me to enable my access. I don't want to continue to rely on that workaround, though.

Ticket from John Moredo - General

Questions/issues about taking the proxied exam at home for small rural jurisdiction: Greetings - I will have to take this exam at home or not at all and have some issues I need clarification on. Closest testing site is too far to travel and would require $ overnight stay. Employer will not allow travel. Our IT will not support your software, so testing at work is not possible. I do not wish to remove my personal belongings like furniture art or books in my home for this exam - so how does that work?

Ticket from Sydney Holtschneider - Training

While working on Module 2.1 yesterday, the interactive training was stuck "spinning" on Slide 19. I refreshed the page (and had to redo the quiz questions each time) multiple time, tried a different browser, and completed troubleshooting for internet connection issues. Eventually, I finished the section using the written training materials, rather than the interactive. Today, I am working on Module 2.2 and the same issue (stuck "spinning"/loading on Slide 19) is happening again. While I can use the written training materials, I prefer the interactive. Thanks!
