We are not a HUD certified counseling agency yet. All of our counselors have passed their test except for 2 of them. They are still working on it. I am a manager and haven't had time to work on this so I scheduled the test after Aug 1st and keep getting emails it will be after the compliance deadline. Does this have to be done before Aug 1 since we are not HUD certified yet?

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
