Hi, I wanted to receive my exam results. Upon submitting the exam it said failed, however I never got my results sent to my email. Could I please get them if possible? Thank you.

I need to retake the test but I need the voucher to not have to pay for the HUD Exam again. This is my second attempt. Can you please provide such voucher? thank you

I tried to reschedule or cancel my appointment due to an emergency, I tried to cancel on Saturday 12/26/2020 48 hours before the test, but then it was charging me $80 to cancel or reschedule.
The guidelines said up to 24 hours, and now within the 24 hours it charges me as well.

how may I may receive a refund or reschedule?

Where would I find my username and password for webassessor. I tried the one I have for HousingCounselors.com but it doesn't work.

I read that your name on your government issued ID has to match the name on your exam. I am married, my name on my ID is slightly different as there is an extra name to my last name. Would that be an issue?
