I being trying to apply for the exam, and I can't find how, this website keep directing me to each other back and forward, I can't find the centers that are open, I only found the ones are closed, and I only found instruction but after you passed the exam, but no information on how to apply, please can you send me the link to register not information.

To create an account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, select "Sign Up" at the top of the page and enter the information required:
