Not able to download Study Guild (PDF) Mod. 2.1

I am forwarding this notification regarding my test that is scheduled for August 27, 2019 at 9:00 am in Augusta, Georgia. I will not be able to take the test due to a visit to the emergency room today which determined I have an issue which will prevent me from taking the test on August 27th. I reside and work in the state of Virginia as a Housing Counselor. I scheduled the exam for Georgia because I am from the area where the test is scheduled and I was going to be on vacation for the entire week near the test site.

I am unable to register for another exam because my exam was suspended (because I leaned on my arm outside of camera during my review process, and there were no other options, please advise. So that I may retake the exam.

I have passed the exam and have transferred the results to the FHAC, but I went to fill out my HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application in the FHA connection and when I go to submit it says error: No Certified Exam Data On File.

How can I resolve this issue?

Your exam appointment details are listed in the Exam Status Center. To access, sign in and select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. Exam appointments are listed under the "Scheduled Exam" section.

Module 2.1 is not opening past the first page. It indicates it is 34 pages long but each page after the first is just a line of dots. Please look into this and fix.
