I was taking the HUD certification on 8/3. My test was put on pause. It said someone would be with me momentarily. No one came, I waited 20 to 30 minutes before I left. I only answered 1 question. I had assume that I had to register again. It show's that I need to finish my existing test. Please advise on when I can do this.

Description of Technical Issue or Feedback: I was scheduled to take Counselor Certification Exam August 1, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. When I pressed launch button it logged me out. I tried to logged back in was unsuccessful. Tried to reset password, and did not receive email to reset password, checked spam and junk mail nothing there. I told Jasmin on live chat she sent me the link . I did receive email to reset password. I launched exam kept looking at camera for over 15 minutes it was green on camera never changed screen to see exam.

Your training modules (last updated 9/2019) have multiple content errors and needs to be carefully reviewed and updated. For example, on Module 3.2. (p.17-18) you describe the use of the AFH assessment tool. However, in 2018, HUD withdrew the AFH assessment tool after a review of early submissions found it unduly burdensome and unworkable. (Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing: Withdrawal of the Assessment Tool for Local Governments, 83 FR 23923 (May 23, 2018). Check also the timelines you describe to file a complaint which are incorrect.

The training content is reviewed and updated on a periodic basis to maintain accuracy and relevance. Each time the online modules are updated, the Online Training Status resets because the new modules have not been reviewed. This is explained in the Notices section on your Profile Page as well as in the HUD list serv update announcement sent out on September 27th, 2019: “HUD also recommends you note your online module completion status, which is accessible in your website profile, as modules will be replaced and module status reset.”
