i had technical issues again on Saturday at 1pm schedule. The proctor told me I had to log out and relaunch due to the camera from the laptop was on instead of the external camera I had plugged in. When I went to relaunch it wouldn't work. I tried using their "chat" support feature but it would not take my response when it asked for my email, so the chat service timed out, And there was no way to reach support by phone. Please help. Thanks.

I have tried repeatedly to get into the online test. The system let me reschedule once after I timed out. But now I don't see what it let reschedule to which was 10:30 pm 8/1/2020. Now it won't let me reschedule at all. The initial problem involved biometrics testing and webcam. I need to be able to schedule for a new test time and a reset of the biometric test. HELP!!!
