My Account is locked

I took the test today and passed. I want to transfer my passing grade to the FHA Connection. I currently work for a non-profit and we are about to begin our efforts to become HUD Certified; however, I would like to make sure my passing exam it kept on-record as we work towards HUD Certification for our non-profit. I was scheduled to take the HUD Housing Counselor Exam on 7/31/2020 at 3:30 pm at Nextec (205 Van Buren St., Herdon, VA 20170). I arrived at 3:15 pm and was told I could not take the exam because they closed at 4 pm. She told me that someone was supposed to reschedule my test. However, I never received a call or email to reschedule. I had paid $100 to take this exam in person. I am trying to see how to get my money back so I can reschedule because the testing center refused to allow me to take the test.

I tried to logon to take the Housing Counseling test last night and according to the instructions, there was supposed to link to the exam center page but there was no link that I could find. I spoke with a technical person in the chat feature and they gave me a different link but I couldn't login to that link either. Please advise. I was scheduled to take the certification test last night.

How do I get to the exam

Good morning, my name is Pamela Lyon and I took the HUD Test on Saturday 7/26/20 at the BCY Solutions in Charlotte, NC. However the test was in spanish so I could not take it. The testing center tried reaching out to Kryterion but they were closed over the weekend. I've reached out to Kryterion this morning and they've asked me to reach out to HUD to reschedule my appointment.

Where can i see the calendar or timeslots to schedule for exam

I am finding out that it will be very hard for me to take my exam tomorrow on my work computer based on the different firewalls so I am trying to move it to a in person exam I have found a site in MN but just need to know how I can cancel my online exam tomorrow and then move to the in person and pay the $40 difference
