I could not log on to Sentinel via typing my name, I tried numerous times and it would kick me out each time; which made me late for the exam. now I have to reschedule and I needed assistance but online chat was basically unavailable as I waited for more than half hour. I shouldn't have to pay again to reschedule because it was no fault of mine

Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic myself and my other housing counselor missed our HUD exam. Is there a way to reschedule? we had not received any updates or notifications about in-person hud exams. Our exam was scheduled April 28th which was directly in the middle of NYS quarantine.

I was unable to take my exam because the Kryterion biometrics was having technically difficulties. I attempted to take my exam multiple times, however was unable to have the exam launched due to "incorrect keystrokes". I contacted Kryterion support, their phone support is unavailable until 8/15. I contacted the online chat feature and was/have been waiting to speak with someone for over 40 minutes. I have missed my exam time due to errors not my own. How can this be remedied?

I was 30 minutes into my test today. The screen went black. The person said they lost the camera to log out and log back in. Did that, it wouldn't recognize my key strokes again. My co-worker emailed you already in regard to my issues yesterday and her issue today with talking the exam online. I would also like a full refund of todays online exam. I have scheduled to take the exam tomorrow at a testing center and paid the $100.00. Thank you.
