Unsure of how to install Kryterion Sentinel

I was taking my exam today and was interrupted by the proctor stating that my eyes could not be seen. I had not changed positions since the beginning of the test. I adjusted the camera and then they came back with my camera must have come unplugged from the USB. It had not come unplugged and I could see myself perfectly fine. The last chat with them said that the problem was on my end. They told me to log out and back in. I had issues with key stroke recognition upon relogging in.

My test date was cancel, I am not sure how to re-schedule.

I passed my exam and have my certificate. Is there a way to see my score?

My Exam was rescheduled for 7/22/20 @3pm. I was just finishing my exam when it was interrupted No they re-scheduled another retake same day but.@6:45pm. I'm not able to log on Exam. This would be my third re take of this exam. Please help. Not sure why my exam was rescheduled. I'm am so upset right now. Now I have to another retake. Not happy with process.

question I had taken the test for 10 times on Retake Policy PR000003 Onsite Proctored and no limt to take on site proctored, But there space for Retake policy PR000004 Onsite Proctored to take the test but is schedule for Spanish version; Are there any way I can take the Retake PR000004 in english instead of spanish? please reply thank you P.S. I will like to continue to Retake the test in english version but as now does not allowed me to do anymore as Onsite-Proctored
